On-Site Pharmacy Services

Unity Care NW provides convenient on-site pharmacy services, ensuring seamless coordination with your care team for safer, more effective medication management. Our pharmacy staff works closely with providers to help prevent harmful interactions and support your health needs. Choosing our pharmacy also benefits the community—revenue is reinvested into our non-profit health center to expand and improve affordable care.

Contact & Refills

For all pharmacy services, transfers, and refill requests:

  • Use the Rx365 App

Refills & Transfers: Call your pharmacy three business days before you run out. One request per refill is enough—multiple calls can slow processing. Prescription delivery is available; ask our staff which option works best. Pharmacy services are available to Unity Care patients only.

Return Your Unused Medication

Don’t toss it. Don’t flush it. Don’t save it. Keep your family, our community, and our waters safe. Dispose of your family’s medications by returning them in the original packaging to our pharmacy. Look for the Secure Medication Return box located in our pharmacies. Simply drop your unused medications in the box. Remove all personally identifying information from the containers before depositing them in the box.
